Common Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for smaller spaces and 3–6 months for the Grand Ballroom, especially for weekend dates.
Is alcohol permitted?
Yes. Alcohol is permitted with a valid event permit. Our lodge bar staff will provide the bartender and alcohol. Outside alcohol is not allowed.
Can I bring my own caterer?
Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own licensed and insured caterer.
Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is required to hold your date, with the balance due 14 days before your event.
Are decorations allowed?
Yes, with some restrictions. No open flames, confetti, or adhesives on walls. We are happy to discuss your decoration plans.
